We are built on a secure history of over 40 years. As one of the North Wests’ largest maintenance and construction companies and as part of the ever-growing regeneration organisation, The Regenda Group our vision is to shape the future and transform communities and lives.

Our construction service offers comprehensive expertise, spanning from full-scale renovations and replacements to meticulous redecoration, fuel switches, weatherproofing, and tailored adaptations for enhanced independent living solutions.

ELECTRICAL SAFETY

We carry out fixed wire testing and landlord and commercial property electrical testing, ensuring safe operating standards for any item using electricity.

GAS SERVICES

We offer an award-winning, comprehensive and accredited gas servicing programme and provide annual gas certification to over 10,000 properties annually.

GROUNDS MAINTENANCE

Our dedicated Grounds Maintenance Team is fully trained in all aspects of maintaining outside spaces and includes a fully qualified arborist team.

FACILITIES MANAGEMENT

We provide a professional and personalised cleaning service to suit all of your business requirements.
