M&Y Maintenance and Construction is part of the Regenda Group.  We deliver repairs, maintenance and construction services across the Northwest.  M&Y’s primary customer base is Regenda Homes and Redwing, however, M&Y Maintenance & Construction also delivers a number of external contracts for private clients.

This notice explains how and why we use your personal information, and the rights you have.

  • Provide repairs, maintenance and property services

We use the following Artificial Intelligence (AI), analytics and automated tools:

  • Algorithmic tools to prioritise repairs or customer contact
  • Automated decision‑support systems used internally to allocate resources

We do not make fully automated decisions that produce legal or significant effects without human involvement.

Where AI or automated analysis is used, it is governed by our AI and Machine Learning Policy.

You have the right to:

  • Ask for an explanation of how automated tools affected your case
  • Object to automated processing where legally permitted

To manage the needs and requirements of your tenancy agreement with your housing provider.
