CARE AND SUPPORT​

Our Care and Support services enable people to access the assistance they need at various stages of life and through crisis.

Centre 56 is a registered charity in Liverpool which provides childcare, information and support for children, parents and carers who have suffered or are at risk of domestic abuse or a crisis situation.

Centre 56 enables families to rebuild their lives and achieve aspirations. They also provide training about domestic abuse to enable people other organisations to be aware of the causes, signs and solutions.

Petrus provides support services for people facing homelessness or in housing need. They are a charitable organisation and deliver both drop in and residential services in Rochdale and Oldham.

Petrus believes people should have access to safe, secure, quality housing. Petrus help people to develop skills, independence and make positive choices. Petrus believe collaboration with other agencies and organisations is key to creating a world where everyone has a safe place to live.

Housing, Construction and Sustainability

We construct, maintain and provide high-quality affordable homes accessible through a range of options to suit customers' needs, including social and affordable rent and shared ownership.

Regenda Homes is an award-winning Registered Social Housing provider with around 12,000 homes in Merseyside, Greater Manchester, Cheshire and Lancashire. They offer a range of tenure and property types, which allow people to access quality affordable homes to suit their needs.

Regenda Homes provides additional support to residents including finding work, money advice or dealing with anti-social behaviour. They work in partnership with residents to scrutinise services and make sure they perform to a high standard.

M&Y Maintenance and Construction has been delivering quality repairs, maintenance and construction services across the North West for over 40 years.

M&Y is committed to generating social value and aims to optimise wider social benefits in the communities they work within.

Ecogee Ltd specialise in providing both retrofit and new build solutions that make homes more energy efficient. Services include; fabric insulation, ventilation systems, and renewable technologies such as air source heat pumps and solar panels.

Originally established in 2012, Ecogee was set up in response to the Government’s energy efficiency programme to tackle fuel poverty and reduce carbon emissions.

Redwing is a property agency specialising in sales and lettings, shared ownership, leasehold and apartment block management.

Redwing has over 60 years’ experience in the property sector and today manages over 2000 properties including a portfolio of commercial properties, from starter units to larger premises.

Education, Training and Careers

Education, training and careers are fundamental in establishing communities and places that thrive.

Positive Footprints, works in collaboration with education providers to develop career-based learning programmes in partnership with local businesses.

Delivered across the educational journey, from primary school and Further Education, the programmes aim to inspire, prepare, and support young people to explore the world of business, get thinking about their future careers and raise aspirations.

The Learning Foundry, are passionate about helping people and businesses achieve their full potential. Whether it’s helping someone to start or progress in their career or supporting a business to recruit new staff or upskill their workforce, The Learning Foundry are a full-service training provider with the knowledge and experience to suit individual needs.

The Learning Foundry work on the basis that everyone is different, and this is something to be embraced to make whatever that talent is, shine!

The National Communities and Resource Centre (NCRC) is based at Trafford Hall in Cheshire. The NCRC work to support individuals, families, communities, and anchor organisations like the housing sector, to tackle issues at a local level.

The mission of the NCRC is to close the inequality gap by providing the skills and resources for people to make changes at a local level and influence national policy.
