M&E contractor, Technix Integrated Services Ltd, played a key role throughout Grove Street, earning recognition from the delivery team for their collaborative approach, responsiveness and quality of work.
From early stages of delivery through to project completion at Grove Street, the Technix team worked closely with M&Y and fellow contractors to overcome challenges, maintain momentum and ensure works progressed smoothly.
Their commitment is evident during the commissioning phase, where the team provided exceptional support despite delays to utility connections that were outside of their control.
