At M&Y, we’re proud to deliver repairs and maintenance services. We want every visit to be safe, respectful, and professional, whether it’s carried out by our team or one of our trusted subcontractors.

Before We Arrive

We aim to fix things the first time. That means:

Arriving on time

Understanding the work required

Bringing the right tools and materials

If we can’t get access:

  • We’ll inform our Planning Team.
  • They’ll try to contact the customer to rebook.
  • If we can’t reach the customer, we’ll leave a card so they can request a new appointment.
  • Jobs involving damp, mould or safety will always be rebooked, never cancelled.

While we’re in customers’ homes
