M&Y appointed to Fusion 21 framework

We are delighted to announce we have been appointed to Fusion21’s national Building Improvements Framework.

The Building Improvement Works Framework is run by technical specialists and features pre-qualified, accredited supply partners. We’ve been appointed to Lot 1 to provide kitchen and bathroom installations across the North West over the next 4 years.

Fusion21 is a social enterprise specialising in efficient and impactful public sector procurement. This marks our 5th appointment to a Fusion21 framework.

Like M&Y, Fusion21 is an organisation with social value at its heart, supporting its members to add value beyond their corporate objectives, addressing unemployment, community development and environmental impact.

Gill Kelly, Managing Director at M&Y said:

“We are proud to announce that we are a named supplier on the Fusion21 framework, which will provide us with new contracts which will support our social impact and core purpose. We regenerate places by building and repairing quality homes and improving our environment and communities at the same time.”

Gary Stanfield, Framework Manager (Building Maintenance) at Fusion21 said:

“We are delighted to welcome all of the new suppliers onto Fusion21’s Building Improvements Framework, including M&Y Maintenance and Construction. The tender process was highly competitive and has identified the best contractors for our members to use for the delivery of a whole range of construction programmes.

“Members accessing this framework will benefit from flexible call-off options, UK-wide coverage, and the option to deliver social value to their communities, aligned to their organisational priorities.”
