M&Y Maintenance and Construction awarded four-year contract with Rochdale Boroughwide Housing, cementing powerful partnership

M&Y Maintenance and Construction is thrilled to be awarded a four-year contract with Rochdale Boroughwide Housing to provide full heating service installations in homes across Rochdale.

Rochdale Boroughwide Housing (RBH) is the UK’s first tenant and employee co-owned mutual housing society, with over 12,000 homes throughout the local area.

Following a competitive tender, we are thrilled to further strengthen our partnership with RBH, being awarded one half of a contract for their Planned Boiler Install Programme. This will see us installing around 680 new boilers throughout the borough of Rochdale over the next four years. We provide a similar service to Regenda Homes, which sees us replacing close to 500 boilers across the North West each year.

We have also been delivering RBH’s Reactive Boiler Installation Programme, with our effective partnership now demonstrated, this has recently been extended for a further year. Our partnership with RBH doesn’t stop there, we also support their void refurbishment works valued at £100k annually.

Our experienced and friendly engineers are fully qualified and registered with Gas Safe, the UK’s official registration body, and install around 750 new boilers each year.
