Led by The Regenda Group, this ambitious redevelopment project promises to breathe new life into the area, with over 70 new properties, enhanced open spaces, and improvements to the high street. The Regenda Group is spearheading the regeneration of New Ferry, and phase one is already taking shape. This initial phase will see the construction of 34 one and two-bedroom apartments on Bebington Road and Boundary Road. Construction is slated to commence in the autumn of 2023.
Martin Davies, Director of Development for The Regenda Group, expressed his delight: “After extensive public consultation, I am delighted that Wirral Council have granted planning approval for these properties. This development will bring modern, energy-efficient homes to the area, with a range of tenures to suit the needs of local people.”

M&Y, with its more than 40 years of experience in building and maintaining homes, will be responsible for constructing these new homes.
