As we progress through 2024, the anticipation is building as we look forward to celebrating a significant milestone – the construction of our 300th and 400th home!
Our mission has always been to create more than just structures; we aim to build lasting legacies for the people and places, ensuring our projects are as sustainable as they are impactful.
From the early days of transforming the Old Courthouse in Wallasey into vibrant apartments to the recent completion of Luchon Villa in Liverpool, each step has been a building block towards this notable goal. Our portfolio, including the picturesque Baron’s Gate in Cheshire and the community-centric St Martins development, showcases our commitment to excellence across all the 293 homes we’ve built so far.
With the anticipation building, we’re focused on our upcoming completions which will catapult us past the 300th home mark and into the 400th – 401 to be exact! The innovative Mill Bank project in West Derby, our Extra Care scheme in Shevington, Wigan, the transformative Parkfield Place in Liverpool, and the vital Breck Road development in Wirral are all on track to contribute to this milestone. These projects embody our commitment to quality, sustainability, and the communities we serve.
We are looking back at what we’ve achieved with pride, but also looking forward to the futures we’re building. Here’s to the homes and communities we’ve crafted and those yet to come, as we continue on our mission to regenerate communities and create opportunities for people.

| Mill Bank | Due to complete: Autumn 2024 This £5.1 million project includes 4, three-bedroom houses and 18, one and two-bedroom apartments for affordable rent, moving steadily towards completion with houses now water-tight and the apartment block reaching the second floor. | 22 |
| Shevington | Due to complete: Autumn 2024 Our project in Shevington, Wigan, focuses on specialised housing with a £7.9 million, 32-unit extra care housing scheme for Wigan Council. Progress includes completed brickwork and steel frame installations, setting the stage for a community that supports independent living. | 32 |
| Aigburth | Due to complete: Winter 2024 In Liverpool, our Parkfield Place project is transforming Aigburth Road with 39 affordable one and two-bedroom apartments. Despite challenges, including taking over from a previous contractor and discovering the need for additional structural support, our team has adeptly managed to install a new masonry support system and is preparing for the installation of roughly 10 tonnes of additional steel. | 39 |
| Breck Road | Due to complete: Winter 2024 In Wirral we’re constructing 15 homes for Redwing. We’ve stepped in after the previous contractor’s administration, having successfully rebuilt a crucial concrete retaining wall and are progressing with the timber frames. | 15 |

| Old Court House We transformed an iconic historical building in Wallasey, Wirral into 21 apartments for social rent for Regenda Homes in a £2.1 million project. Apartments were a mix of one and two bedrooms and provided homes for 54 residents | 21 |
| Bluebrook We built 19 houses for outright sale in Hambleton, Wyre in a £2.4 million project. Properties were a mix of detached and semi-detached three and four-bedroom homes, sold by Liverpool-based property company, Redwing. | 19 |
| Albert Schweitzer We completed a build of six two bedroom and two three bedroom houses in Netherton, Liverpool for social rent for The Carroll Group, part of The Sovini Group, in March 2020. | 6 |
| Ramsay Terrace We built 12 new homes in Rochdale for affordable rent for Regenda Homes in a £2 million project. Properties are a mix of three and four-bedroom family houses. | 12 |
| Pavilion Point We completed a £1.6 million development in Aigburth, Liverpool, in April 2020. Consisting of 14 two-bedroom apartments, available for shared ownership through Liverpool-based property company Redwing. | 14 |
| Lister Gardens A five-storey apartment building, consisting of 20 two and three bedroom apartments in Sefton, Merseyside. This £2.5 million development was built for Liverpool-based property company, Redwing in 2020 | 20 |
| Lighthouse View We were delighted to hand over Lighthouse View, a £12 million, 72 unit extra care scheme in Fleetwood, to social landlord, Regenda Homes. | 72 |
| Green Street We built 14 properties in Macclesfield in a £2.1 million development for The Regenda Group. Eight three bedroom houses available for shared ownership through Redwing and six one bedroom apartments available for affordable rent through Regenda Homes. | 14 |
| Marine View We completed this four-storey apartment building, containing 16 one and two bedroom apartments for affordable rent. | 16 |
| Brackley House The completed £1.9m Brackley House development provides 17 new houses for affordable rent. | 17 |
| Springfield Avenue This £1.6 million development provides a total of 11 new homes in Springfield Avenue, Helsby for Weaver Vale Housing Trust for affordable rent. | 11 |
| London Road We completed this £2.2m development, refurbishing 24 studio, one and two bedroom apartments for The Regenda Group in December 2022. | 24 |
| Alexandra Drive In September 2023 we completed the construction of 20 one and two-bedroom apartments on Alexandra Drive, Liverpool for Redwing. All apartments achieved an EPC rating of C. The development also benefits from photovoltaic panels, air source heat pumps installed in each apartment along with electric panel heating. | 20 |
| St Martins We built 14 new homes, comprising five three-bedroom houses and nine two-bedroom apartments for Redwing. Alongside a £2.8m housing scheme, we built a new chapel and community hall for Broughton Parish | 14 |
| Mill Lane Our Mill Lane project, Baron’s Gate in Cheshire has reached completion, providing 13 homes that perfectly blend with the landscape for Torus Developments, it represents the culmination of our efforts to deliver quality homes across the North West. | 13 |
