We’ve been appointed a £1.3 million contract to deliver works to over 850 homes!

We have been appointed by Wirral Methodist Housing Association who have been providing quality housing in Wirral and Ellesmere Port since 1964. With over 850 properties, this marks the start of a long-term partnership to deliver core services and works to a high standard

The £1.3 million appointment will see our specialist teams deliver work to over 850 homes throughout the North West.

The contract will comprise a range of response repairs, void works and planned works. Completion is expected by 2027 with an option to extend the contract for a further 2 years.

The new contract adds to our extensive portfolio of social housing maintenance and construction contracts across the North West.                     

Our work in social housing has given us a wealth of experience and best practice to support our customers in delivering value for money and lasting social impact into the communities we work in.

M&Y stood out to WMHA who were looking for a single contractor with significant experience of delivering core services and works to a high standard, at rates that reflect value for money and with a clear demonstrable customer focus.  

The work M&Y will be carrying out under the contract will be to tenanted properties, communal and external areas, leasehold properties, sheltered and supported accommodation as well as market rented properties.
