The team at M&Y is excited to be working with Steve Biko Housing Association who provide housing and housing-related services for Black and Racial Minority (BRM) communities in Liverpool.
We’ll be working in 276 homes comprising of family houses, sheltered accommodation and general needs flats.
The tender exercise and interview process feedback shared that we scored highly in areas such as customer care, quality and social value. M&Y Maintenance & Construction started is a family run business and operates as part of The Regenda Group.
It is well known for impeccable customer service and dedication to social value. The team is incredibly proud to win this contract and will be delivering for the next 3 years with the possibility to continue the work for a further 2 year extension
The work that has been awarded under this contract will include its excellent services in responsive maintenance, emergency works, major works, void property works, compliance works, cleaning and grounds maintenance.
