Lydia Ann is collection of 30 fully occupied apartments sitting amongst an array of converted warehouses. Located in the lively Liverpool city centre environment, this work will improve the homes and their overall energy efficiency.
M&Y renewed the cladding to the building’s top floor units and replaced cladding to the front elevation of the entire front featured Juliet balconies.
Lydia Ann sits as a fully occupied site within a city centre location. The site team ensured exceptional health and safety measures were met to ensure both residents and the general public’s safety was provided. Quality inspections and sign-off at every key stage of the project from our Site Manager, Contracts Manager and the H&S Team were a key part of these works.
Site Manager, John Thomson had regular visits and engaged with residents in the design of a traffic management plan, displayed additional H&S signage to the building’s exterior and worked collaboratively with local businesses throughout the work.
A big well done to our site team! In our most recent May 2024 H&S audit, the project received 98% compliance.
Partnerships on this work included working with our trusted specialist subcontractors Everclad to deliver the cladding replacement works.
