2026 has been a big year, we’ve had a completed phase of development, repaired homes, lots of cranes on skylines and photographs taken art handover. But the thing that gets all of us out of bed in the morning is as always, the purpose of our profit; Social Value, or in other words (the work we do to support our communities)
Some of these moments have been a young person meeting our MD Gill Kelly at a school Careers Talk, who then discovered a construction career they had never considered, some have been apprentices like Ollie and Erin being trusted with real responsibility on a live project and community organisations like Liverpool Womens Hospital that received practical support when it needed it most.
As our Managing Director Gill Kelly puts it:
