M&Y was appointed midway through the project to bring stability to the scheme and to ensure the successful delivery of a fully compliant, high‑quality building. Our team worked quickly to understand the site conditions, assess compliance risks and put robust plans in place to move the project forward with confidence.
Located on a busy roadside, the development required carefully managed site logistics throughout the construction programme. This included maintaining safe access, managing deliveries efficiently and minimising disruption to neighbours and the wider community.
Through detailed technical reviews, close collaboration with consultants and inspectors, and a hands‑on approach on site, our team successfully delivered a building that meets all regulatory requirements.
