We checked in with our site manager Antony Perry who gave us the site’s latest progress!
“The three-bedroom houses are in their final decoration stages now with garden turf and fencing well on the way. Apartments are also having their decoration stage completed along with the install of energy efficient electric water heaters, fire doors, water proofing to the walkways.”
“On the externals of the site we’ve got formations for parking almost done with some landscaping and kerbing progressing towards the front of the site. Coming up we’ve got some new feature sandstone walls starting soon.”
Summerfield Close is a £5.1 million development consisting of a total of 22 new homes, brought to market by The Regenda Group and its subsidiaries, Redwing, M&Y Maintenance and Construction and Regenda Homes. The four three-bedroom houses are available for shared ownership through Redwing, with the remaining 18 apartments available for social rent through Regenda Homes – bringing a selection of much-needed high quality and affordable homes to the area.
