Grounds maintenance

Fusion 21 Grounds Maintenance Framework is designed to help housing providers and local authorities deliver exceptional outdoor services with confidence and ease. Whether it’s routine grounds upkeep or specialist arborist work, our experienced team ensures every space is maintained to the highest standard, creating cleaner, safer environments for residents to enjoy.

The Procurement for Housing Heating Solutions Framework makes it easy for housing providers to source, install, and maintain efficient heating systems, domestic or commercial.  

Our Planned Works contract supports housing providers with essential services like gas servicing, electrical testing, and property upgrades, ensuring safe, compliant homes and long-term asset performance. 

We currently devlier: 

Rochdale Boroughwide Housing – £1.2m per year combined contract 
Regenda Homes – £5 million contract 

Repairs

Deliver fast, reliable property maintenance with Fusion21’s Reactive Repairs & Empty Buildings Framework. Designed for housing providers and public sector organisations, it offers 24/7 emergency repairs, void refurbishments, and outsourced call handling. 

Created to combat damp and mould using Procurement Hub’s specialist framework. It provides direct access to vetted contractors for national surveys and regional remedial works, ensuring compliance with Decent Homes standards and Awaab’s Law while streamlining procurement 

From kitchens and bathrooms to roofing, insulation, and environmental upgrades. Fusion21’s Building Improvements Framework supports large-scale and multi-trade projects. Backed by accredited suppliers and flexible call-off options, it’s built for efficient delivery and long-term asset enhancement 

Our Responsive Repairs contract ensures fast, reliable maintenance across housing stock, minimising disruption and maintaining high standards for residents. From emergency works to full refurbishments, we deliver solutions at scale.

Wirral Methodist Housing Association – Responsive repairs, void works, planned works (£1.3m) 

Crosby Housing – Maintenance, emergency works, major works, voids, compliance, cleaning, grounds (£550k) 

Steve Biko – Maintenance, emergency works, voids, compliance, cleaning, gas servicing (£550k) 

Wyre Borough Council – Turnkey services, void works, refurbishments (7 properties, £350k) 

Regenda Homes – Planned works, responsive repairs, emergency and voids (£14.5m) 

Construction

The JV North Construction Framework supports housing providers in delivering new-build developments and regeneration projects at scale. It offers a compliant route to procure trusted contractors and drive quality, value, and social impact across the North West. 

Fusion21 partners with one of the UK’s largest social investors to deliver high-quality youth facilities through the government’s Youth Investment Fund. This framework maximises social value while streamlining procurement for capital works and community-led projects.

The Rise Construction Framework offers a one-stop-shop for capital works, with nearly 100 prequalified supply partners. 90% of which are SMEs. Operating across the North West, North Wales, and Yorkshire & Humberside. 

The Torus Construction Framework enables efficient delivery of housing and regeneration projects across the North West. It provides access to vetted contractors for new builds, refurbishments, and estate improvements.

The ICN Construction Framework supports housing providers with compliant access to contractors for new-build and refurbishment projects.
