Our gas engineers are responsible for performing gas safety checks for residents of Regenda Homes, and we are regularly audited by safety management consultant Morgan Lambert who work to make sure contractors uphold excellent safety standards.
In their most recent audit, our Manchester-based gas team have achieved a fantastic 15 consecutive months of 100% compliance for both on-site audits and Landlords Gas Safety Record (LSGR).
This is an amazing achievement that has seen us rank number 1 out of 128 other clients and contractors!
